Gold Coast Golf Courses
The Gold Coast, situated in south east Queensland, is one of Australia’s leading golfing holiday playgrounds. With 7miles of golden beaches, World Heritage listed rainforest’s, theme parks, shopping, international casino and nightlife – it is a world class, stylish holiday destination.
Why is Gold Coast Golf Any Different?
The Gold Coast is located in the sub-tropical region of the Southern Hemisphere and enjoys warmth and sunshine the whole year round. Australian seasons are the opposite of those in the Northern Hemisphere – the average summer temperature is 25 degrees Celsius and in winter, it is around 15 degrees Celsius. You can expect over 300 days of sunshine each year, making the Gold Coast one of the most reliable golf destinations on the planet.

Designed by five times British Open Champion Peter Thompson in the collaboration with Mike Wolverridge, the sweeping layout is set in a 360 ha residential resort community. The course itself measures 6,500 meters from the Championship tees coupled with 128 pot style bunkers, making it a very difficult challenge for the average golfer.
Palm Meadows
Palm Meadows is the ultimate Gold Coast Golf Course. The course was designed by leading Australian golfer Graham Marsh, who incorporated water into play on 14 of the 18 holes, positioned 80 + sand bunkers, three three story high bamboo clumps and 1000 + palm trees to sculpt a magnificent golfing experience.
Palm Meadows has received many accolades in their 20 plus years, however none can compare to being included in the “Worlds Top 500 Golf Holes”. The famous 18th hole has cemented its place in history as being in the top 500 golf holes in the world, recognised by the American Golf Digest.
The beauty of the 18th is in the lake that lies besides the tee and stretches the full 523 meters of the hole. If you play it well you can really reward yourself with a nice finish to your round, however if one shot is miss hit, you can easily reach double figures
Palm Meadows is the ultimate course to play on your holiday to experience Gold Coast Golf.

Hi This is a excellent site and I found the entry intriging, this will benefit my tournament results specially when im competing,I will check back for new updates. Should you ever find some unheard of competitive clubs be sure to post,in the past I have always relied on callaway diablo drivers but there are upteen choices and it can be puzzling, however long as they keep making quality 3 woods they will be in my bag.

I got the hyperbolic driver, 3wood, hybrid as a combo deal and haven’t looked back. I have the older Big Bertha that I hit pretty well, but for some reason I can hit the new on on the sweet spot more often. I’m sure it’s just the balance of the club fits my golf swing better.
I practice in my backyard with my golf mats and birdieballs and my swing has improved.

I have experimented with just about every golf club brand and therefore decided most of these sets are definitely the most desirable you can find, having the brand new model emerging in the stage currently it is tough to decide just what to purchase. Believe I may purchase some of them along to be able to get accustomed to playing with those to discover if, perhaps they are really worth buying a full grouping.
